No Limits Operational Excellence is a Coaching & Consulting firm that focuses on increasing Profitability, Competitiveness & Engagement by developing Operational Excellence as a business capability.
We are committed to supporting large & medium size companies with a global presence. Our clients may be starting their OpEx transformation or they may already be on the journey. In either case, we help them develop, plan, communicate, execute and measure the effectiveness of their Operational Excellence operating model so that they meet their goals.
Meet Vivian
Vivian Theodoropoulou is the CEO & Founder of No Limits Operational Excellence.
Vivian is a former Executive Coach for one of the top car manufacturers in the world. She coached C-suite Leaders and their teams, significantly improving Leadership effectiveness and team Engagement.
As a former Operations Director for Europe & global OpEx Manager for a Fortune 500 company she developed Leaders & enthusiastic cross-functional teams that delivered breakthrough improvements in Gross Profit Margin, Working Capital, Customer Lead- time, Productivity and Quality.
As a Corporate OpEx Trainer & Coach for one of the top 3 car manufacturers in the world Vivian designed & implemented various Corporate OpEx training programs for large corporate clients. In that role Vivian trained and Coached more than 800 Leaders around the world and delivered average annualized savings of €285K per participant, improving EBITDA.
As a Coach, Vivian is accredited at ACC level by the International Coaching Federation. She holds MBA and MSc degrees and is also a certified Lean Sigma Black Belt. Vivian loves action and is an avid tennis player. She is also a qualified yacht skipper and goes sailing regularly.
